Keith Guambana-Smith

Background

Inspired by timeless traditions of healing practices throughout antiquity, Keith began his studies in the holistic arts 20 years ago. Studying Traditional Chinese Medicine with application to whole foods nutrition. This gave rise to the practice and discipline of traditional martial arts, all while learning the value of movement meditations. These practices also have been incorporated into the agrarian ways of northern New Mexico for the past 15 years.

Keith is a graduate of the Santa Fe School of Massage and has many years of experience in the field of bodywork.

Keith’s deep history of working with the earth and martial arts influences his approach to massage and bodywork. Modalities he incorporates are Deep Tissue, Cranial Sacral, Myofascial Release, and the art of Tui Na. My intention for individuals is to free up the body of restrictions and blockages, and to support the freedom of movement in our daily activities.

Best of wishes in your paths of healing.
